Strong commercial uptake

In its first ten months on the market, PancreaSure was adopted by 27 U.S. high-risk surveillance programs. The strategy now shifts from building advocacy to building volume.

A large, underserved market
Pancreatic cancer is the third-leading cause of cancer death in the U.S. and is expected to become the second-leading cause by 2030. Nearly half of all patients are diagnosed only after the cancer has metastasized. Five-year relative survival at that stage is 3%, compared with 44% when the disease is still confined to the pancreas, and more than 80% when the cancer is diagnosed at stage Ia.

For the more than 2.7 million Americans at high risk for pancreatic cancer due to family history, genetic mutations, or pancreatic cysts, annual surveillance is critical. Yet today’s standard of care – MRI or endoscopic ultrasound – is inconvenient, resource-intensive, and reaches only about one in five of those who qualify.

Roughly 200 clinics in the U.S. run high-risk surveillance programs. What they have lacked so far is an accurate blood test that can be used routinely and at scale.

Sensitive, fast and scalable
PancreaSure is a blood test that measures five biomarkers and returns a clear positive or negative result for the treating physician to act on.

PancreaSure’s competitive product edge is threefold:

  • Sensitivity (detection) in Stage I–II pancreatic cancer that no competing blood test has matched,
  • Results in just days instead of two weeks or more, and
  • Scalable technology with a low cost per test.

PancreaSure does not require FDA approval.

A disciplined three-phase launch

1Timing of signing a strategic partner is very difficult to forecast

Phase 1 – Targeted advocacy (From launch to mid-2026)
Our initial phase includes creating awareness, confidence, and uptake among pancreatic cancer experts who set practice standards. These include clinicians and key opinion leaders at high-risk surveillance centers across the U.S. Between September 2025 and July 2026, PancreaSure was activated at 27 high-risk surveillance programs, including 10 of the country's top 20 cancer hospitals. Early movers include Northwestern University, Stanford University, Beth Israel Deaconess, and UCLA. As Immunovia moves forward, both the roster of testing sites and testing volumes are expected to grow.

Phase 2 – Volume building (second half of 2026)
The next step is to turn trial usage into routine ordering and to broaden use beyond expert centers to large gastroenterology group practices. At this point, key leverage comes from Immunovia’s strategic account managers, utilizing insights from our registry study, and continuously sharing new clinical data readouts.

Phase 3 – Revenue growth (from 2027)
Going forward, success will be defined by converting adoption into reimbursed revenue as we secure coverage, widening the clinical audience to pancreatologists, endoscopists, and the broader GI community – potentially with a strategic partner’s sales force.
